What do new‑client fees cost you?
If your booking app charges you when it counts a client as new, put in your own numbers. You’ll see what that adds up to in a month and a year, and how much of it is on clients you brought in yourself.
Example
Say your app counts 20 clients a month as new and charges you a flat $5 for each, and 8 of them already followed you.
$1,200 a year
$100 a month in new-client fees
$480 a year of that is on clients you brought in yourself.
Made-up round numbers to show how it works, not any app’s real price. Put in yours, and your own estimate replaces this example.
With dibbo
One monthly price. No fee for any client, new or regular.
No commission and no new-client fees. The price is set before we open to everyone.
Why the second number matters
A client who already followed you, or came in because a friend sent them, found you on their own. If your app still counts them as new, you pay for a client you brought in.
That’s the part worth knowing. Your chair and your Instagram bring people in. The booking app should just make sure they can book.
Pay for the app, not for your own clients
