Reminders Ready at launch

Reminders that fill your book

Clients get the details when they book and a reminder the day before, with a link to confirm or move it. Next, dibbo will nudge regulars when they’re due for their next cut.

Forgotten appointments and drifting regulars

Texting every client the night before is a job nobody has time for between cuts. Skip it, and people forget.

Regulars drift the same way. A client who comes every three weeks misses one, then two, and ends up in another shop’s chair. Nobody decided to leave. Nobody reminded them.

How it works

  1. 1

They book, they get the details

A confirmation by text and email the moment they book, with the time, the barber and a link to their booking.

  2. 2

    The day before, a reminder

With a link to confirm or reschedule. No login, no app.

  3. 3

    Changes update everyone

If they move it, the new time is confirmed straight away and your book updates.

  4. 4

    Regulars get a rebook reminder

Set how often each service usually repeats, like every three weeks for a fade. When a regular is overdue, dibbo sends them a link to book again, but only if they agreed to hear from you.

Questions

Something else? Email hello@dibbo.io.

Who do the texts come from?
From dibbo’s number, so the rules say they start with “dibbo:”, and every text names your shop. Emails come in your shop’s name. Texting from your own number is an add-on that’s coming.
Can clients reply to a reminder?
On dibbo’s number, a reply gets an automatic answer with your shop’s number and booking link. Replying in plain words to book or move is what text booking is for, and that’s planned.
Will rebook reminders spam my clients?
No. They only go to clients who agreed to hear from you, you approve what’s sent, and anyone who opts out stays opted out.
