No price yet. Here’s what won’t change.

dibbo will be one flat monthly price for your shop, set by its size. We set the numbers with the first shops, and they’re on this page before we open to everyone. What’s already decided is below, in writing.

What won’t change

  • One monthly price for your shop

    Set by the size of your shop, not per booking and not per client. Texts are billed separately, by how many you send.

  • No commission, ever

    We never take a cut of what you charge for a cut.

  • No fee for any client, new or regular

    A client who found you on Instagram, walked in or came back for the tenth time costs the same: nothing extra.

  • Deposits go straight to you

    Through your own Stripe account, paid out to your bank. dibbo takes no cut. Stripe charges its normal card fee.

  • No directory, no shop next door

    We don’t list you next to other shops or show your clients anyone else. Your clients are yours.

  • You’ll see the price before you pay anything

    No card to get early access, and no charge until you’ve seen the price and said yes.

Shops in the private beta don’t pay while it runs. When we set the price, you’ll see it before you pay anything.

Priced separately, and never needed to take bookings. They come after launch.

Texts are billed separately, by how many you send, on top of your monthly price. Email reminders are included.

  • Your shop’s website

    A simple site on yourshop.dibbo.io, built from your services and prices. Change a price and the site follows.

  • Your own web address

    Put your site on your own domain. An add-on: the domain at cost, what the registrar charges us, plus a monthly fee for upkeep.

  • Texts from your own shop number

    Reminders and messages from your number, in your shop’s name. An add-on.

  • A website built for you

    We design and build a custom site for your shop, on your own domain. An add-on, quoted per shop.

Why isn’t there a price yet?
We’re opening to a small group of shops first, and we’d rather set the price with them than guess. It’s set, and shown on this page, before we open to everyone.
Do you charge per booking or per client?
No. No commission, no per-booking fee, and no fee for any client, new or regular. That won’t change.
Does dibbo take a cut of deposits?
No. Deposits go through your own Stripe account to your bank. Stripe charges its normal card fee; dibbo takes nothing.
What does early access cost?
Nothing. Getting early access needs no card, and shops in the private beta don’t pay while it runs. When we set the price, you’ll see it before you pay anything.
Are text messages included?
No. Texts to your clients are billed separately, by how many you send, so a quiet shop doesn’t pay for a busy one’s texts. Email reminders are included in your monthly price.
Do I need the add-ons?
No. Booking, reminders, deposits and your client book work without any add-on. Add-ons come after launch.
