Add-ons Ready at launch

Add-ons that sell themselves

Clients see your hot towel, beard lineup and design add-ons while they book, with the price and the extra time, and pick what they want. No sales pitch in the chair.

Extras get forgotten in the chair

Plenty of clients would take a hot towel or a beard lineup if someone mentioned it. Between cuts nobody does, or it comes out sounding like a sales pitch.

And when a client says yes in the chair, the extra ten minutes comes out of the next client’s slot. An add-on needs to be booked with the time it takes.

How it works

  1. 1

    Add extras to each service

A hot towel, a beard lineup, a design. Each one with its price and the time it adds.

  2. 2

    Clients pick while they book

Nothing is ticked for them. The price and length update as they choose, and they only see times that fit the longer visit.

  3. 3

Suggest one thing, if you want

Set a rule like “when someone books a skin fade, suggest a hot towel”, or an upgrade to your cut-and-beard combo. It stays off until you turn it on.

  4. 4

Offer it before the visit, only if it fits

Their booking page can ask “add a hot towel to tomorrow?”, but only when the barber has the extra time. It never goes in a text, and nothing changes until they tap Add.

  5. 5

    See what sells

Which add-ons get picked, for each service and each barber.

Questions

Something else? Email hello@dibbo.io.

Will my clients get sales texts?
No. dibbo never puts an offer in a text or a reminder. Suggestions only show on your booking page, and only if you turn them on.
Can an add-on change the price without the client knowing?
No. The client sees the new total and taps to agree before anything changes. dibbo never adds anything by itself, and never charges a saved card for an add-on.
How do I set up a combo deal?
Make it a service, like “Cut, beard and hot towel” at your price. When suggestions arrive, you can offer it as an upgrade to anyone booking a cut.
What if an add-on runs into my next client?
It can’t. Clients only see times that fit the whole visit, add-ons included. The offer before a visit only shows when the barber has the extra time free.
